These terms apply to all Women’s Circle events offered by Source & Soul, including pay-as-you-go sessions and the Women’s Circle Membership.
By booking a Women’s Circle or joining the membership, you agree to the following:
1. Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase via the online booking system.
Payment plans are not available for Women’s Circle events unless explicitly stated.
2. Refunds, Transfers & Entry
Pay-As-You-Go Tickets
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a one-time transfer to a future circle.
To maintain the integrity of the space, doors may close once the circle has begun. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refund or transfer will be offered.
3. Women’s Circle Membership
Membership renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Monthly memberships require a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing date to cancel.
Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
If a payment fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your details. Membership benefits will be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Members are responsible for booking their place each month using the private booking link provided.
4. Attendance & Member Responsibility
If you are unable to attend a circle you have booked, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to another woman.
Repeated no-shows or missed bookings without notice may result in your guaranteed place being offered to another member.
5. If Source & Soul Cancels a Circle
In the unlikely event that a circle must be cancelled due to illness, emergency, or venue issues, we will aim to either:
reschedule the event where possible
offer a refund or credit to pay-as-you-go attendees
Members will continue to have access to their membership benefits, including online circles and resources.
All attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
6. Membership Benefits
Women’s Circle Membership may include:
priority booking access to in-person circles
access to the monthly online Women’s Circle
discounts on retreats, workshops, and Reiki treatments
access to a members-only online portal
early access to limited-capacity events
a welcome gift
a Women’s Circle journal for annual members
Membership benefits may evolve over time as the community grows.
7. Health & Personal Responsibility
Some Women’s Circle events may include Reiki, meditation, or sound healing, which will be outlined on the event page.
If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether elements of the circle are suitable for you, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate advice before attending.
By attending, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the event.
8. Emotional Wellbeing
Women’s Circles are spaces for personal reflection, emotional expression, and connection.
This may involve emotional processing or personal insight.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own emotional experience within the space.
9. Community & Confidentiality
The Women’s Circle is a safe and supportive space.
All participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding anything shared within the circle.
10. Free & Pay-What-You-Can Tickets
A limited number of free or pay-what-you-can tickets may be offered to ensure accessibility.
These spaces are offered in good faith.
If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so the space can be offered to someone else.
Failure to attend without notice may result in ineligibility for future free tickets.
11. Respect for the Space
Women’s Circle spaces include shared items such as oracle cards, books, ritual tools, and altar pieces intended for communal use.
All items must remain within the space.
Removal of community property may result in exclusion from future events and cancellation of any active memberships.
12. Right to Refuse or Remove Access
I reserve the right to refuse or remove access to any event or membership if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the space.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
13. Data Protection & Communication
Personal information will be stored securely and used only for communication related to your booking or membership.
Marketing emails will only be sent if you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
