These terms apply to all events, workshops, and group experiences offered by Source & Soul.
By booking an event, you agree to the following:
1. Payments
All event bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
2. Refunds & Transfers
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, transfers may be offered where more than 72 hours’ notice is given.
Transfers are offered at the discretion of Source & Soul and may not be available for all events.
3. Arrival & Entry
For all events, you are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to allow for a smooth and settled beginning.
Late arrivals may not be admitted once the event has started in order to protect the experience of the group.
No refunds or transfers will be offered in this case.
4. Venue & Event Changes
Source & Soul reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event venues, timings, or structure where necessary.
In the event of significant changes, all attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Participation & Responsibility
Events are designed to support personal reflection, connection, and wellbeing.
By attending, you acknowledge that:
participation is voluntary
you are responsible for your own wellbeing
individual experiences may vary
6. Behaviour & Respect for the Space
All participants are expected to respect the space, the facilitator, and other attendees.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Liability
Events are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Source & Soul accepts no liability for any personal, professional, or emotional outcomes arising from participation.
