1. Payments
All meditation sessions must be paid in advance through the online booking system.
Payment plans are not available unless explicitly stated.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a one-time reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the session being charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
3. Late Arrivals
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time, and doors will be locked once the session has started to maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment.
Late arrivals will not be admitted, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. Class Passes
Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel a booked class with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule that session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be deducted from your pass.
Class passes must be used within 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
Passes are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
5. Meditation Memberships
Meditation memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel a membership.
If a payment fails, you will be notified and payment will be reattempted. If payment remains unsuccessful, access to classes and the online meditation portal will be suspended until payment is completed.
Clients may upgrade from a class pass to a membership at any time.
6. Membership Pause Policy
Memberships may be paused once every 3 months for up to 4 consecutive weeks.
Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next payment date by emailing [email protected]
During the pause period:
payments will be temporarily suspended
access to the online portal and membership benefits will be paused
After the pause period ends, the membership will automatically resume at the existing rate.
If a membership is cancelled, the original rate cannot be guaranteed in the future.
7. If Source & Soul Cancels a Session
If a session is cancelled by Source & Soul:
Single session bookings: you may choose between a refund or a class credit (valid for 4 weeks)
Class passes: an additional session will be added to your pass
Memberships: access to the online portal will remain available
Refunds are not available for class passes or memberships.
8. Participation & Responsibility
Meditation sessions are designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and personal wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Individual experiences may vary.
By attending, you acknowledge that:
you are participating voluntarily
you are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after the session
9. Emotional Wellbeing
Meditation sessions may involve emotional processing or shifts as part of the experience.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept this as a natural part of the process.
10. Studio Environment
Source & Soul Studio is a calm, peaceful space designed to support relaxation and healing.
Please arrive a few minutes before your session to allow it to begin on time. As the studio is located within my home, there is no waiting area, so I kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than a few minutes before your appointment time.
Mobile phones should be switched to silent during your visit.
11. Right to Refuse Access
I reserve the right to refuse or remove access to sessions if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the group environment.
12. Data Protection & Communication
Personal information will be stored securely and used only for essential communication regarding bookings and relevant service updates.
Marketing emails will only be sent if you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
