1. Payments
All Reiki sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking via the online booking system.
Block bookings and packages must also be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be moved to a new date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your session, will result in the full session fee being charged.
3. Block Bookings
Block bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to reschedule a session within your block booking, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be deducted from your block booking.
All sessions within a block booking must be used within 12 weeks of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect other clients’ appointments.
The full session fee will still apply.
5. Health, Contraindications & Client Responsibility
Reiki is a gentle complementary therapy that supports relaxation and overall wellbeing.
It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Source & Soul accepts no liability for any issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.
If you are unsure whether Reiki is suitable for you, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before booking.
6. Emotional Wellbeing
Reiki sessions can be deeply relaxing and may also bring up emotional responses as part of the body’s natural processing.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this as a normal part of the experience.
7. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Treatment
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session at any time if it is deemed not to be in your best interest, if appropriate health information has not been disclosed, or if behaviour is inappropriate.
In such cases, a refund may be offered at my discretion.
8. Studio Environment
Source & Soul Studio is a calm, peaceful space designed to support relaxation and healing.
Please arrive a few minutes before your session to allow it to begin on time. As the studio is located within my home, there is no waiting area, so I kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than a few minutes before your appointment time.
Mobile phones should be switched to silent during your visit.
9. Data Protection & Communication
Personal information collected through booking forms and health questionnaires will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering your session and relevant communication.
You will receive appointment confirmations and essential service-related updates.
Marketing emails will only be sent if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
