Reiki, sound and deeply restorative sessions designed to help you slow everything down, release some of the tension you’ve been carrying and leave feeling lighter.
Meditation & Sacred Calm
For women who struggle to switch off and want somewhere they can completely exhale.
Sacred Calm is a Reiki-infused guided meditation experience in Bearsden, with no more than four women in each session, creating a quiet, personal space to slow down and reset.
Connection & Community
For women who want space to pause, reflect and connect with themselves and other women.
The Bearsden & Milngavie Women’s Circle is a monthly evening in Milngavie combining guided meditation, reflection, gentle ritual and meaningful conversation in a relaxed, welcoming space.
However you choose to begin, everything at Source & Soul is designed to help you slow down, understand yourself more deeply and create changes that feel supportive, realistic and lasting.
You might start with Reiki, coaching, Sacred Calm or Women’s Circle. There’s no right way in. Just the place that feels most useful for you right now.
