Transformation
For women who’ve spent so long being everything to everyone else that they’re not quite sure where they fit anymore.
Through The Remembering, my signature online transformational coaching programme, and private 1:1 coaching, I help women understand the patterns keeping them stuck, build genuine self-trust and make changes that actually last.
Sacred Calm
For women whose minds are always busy and who find it difficult to properly switch off.
Sacred Calm is Reiki-infused guided meditation for women, available through small in-person classes in Bearsden and an online meditation membership you can access from home.
Healing
For women who feel mentally, emotionally or physically drained and need space to properly switch off.
Private 1:1 Reiki and healing sessions in Bearsden, with the option to combine Reiki with guided meditation or sound depending on the experience you choose.
However you choose to begin, everything at Source & Soul is designed to help you understand yourself better, quieten some of the noise and make changes that actually make a difference to how you feel and live.
