Reiki Infused Guided Meditation for Women in Bearsden, Milngavie, Glasgow & Online
While many meditation classes focus on calming the mind, these experiences are intentionally structured to move beyond surface relaxation. Carefully placed reflective questions and visual guidance allow deeper shifts to occur when the nervous system is steady.
Each meditation audio is infused with Reiki energy, and in-person sessions include hands-on Reiki throughout, creating an environment that feels both grounded and transformative.
Sessions are held in a softly lit studio designed to feel calm and immersive. You’ll lie down in a fully supported, carefully prepared space created for deep physical comfort and ease.
Above you, the ceiling fades into deep blue tones scattered with gold stars and soft nebula clouds. Many women comment on how grounding it feels simply to look up and let their gaze settle there as the session begins.
The lights are dimmed and a pre-recorded guided meditation, set to music, begins. As you’re guided into a steady, relaxed state, Reiki is offered throughout the session. There is no expectation to speak or participate. You are simply invited to rest and receive.
Each session lasts one hour, allowing time for the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften into a deeper state.
Two sessions per week include an optional 30-minute community and tea space afterwards. The remaining sessions conclude quietly, allowing you to leave grounded and inwardly settled.
