Reiki sessions are available at Source & Soul Studio in Bearsden, serving Milngavie, East Dunbartonshire and Glasgow, with distance Reiki available across the UK.

In-Person Reiki

A full Reiki session with time to settle, switch off and enjoy an uninterrupted hour for yourself.

Combined Healing Sessions

For women who’d like to combine Reiki with guided meditation or therapeutic sound, these sessions bring different elements of my work together in one experience.

Reiki & Guided Meditation

A fully guided meditation while you receive hands-on Reiki throughout the session. You can choose the meditation theme depending on what you’d like support with or focus on.

Reiki & Sound

A 60-minute session combining 30 minutes of hands-on Reiki with 30 minutes of therapeutic sound using instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and drums.

The Source & Soul Healing Experience

90 minutes where there is absolutely nothing you need to do for anyone else.

The Source & Soul Healing Experience brings together guided meditation, hands-on Reiki and therapeutic sound in one unhurried private session.

You'll get comfortable in the studio and begin with a fully guided meditation while receiving hands-on Reiki, giving your mind something to follow while you settle into the experience.

From there, the session moves into therapeutic sound using instruments including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and drums, allowing you to simply lie back and take in the experience.

There are no appointments stacked into the hour, no rushing through different elements and nothing you need to achieve. You've got 90 minutes set aside entirely for this.

Reiki Block Booking

If you know you'd like Reiki to be more than a one-off, the three-session package gives you time to come back regularly and make that space for yourself again.

You'll receive three full 60-minute Reiki sessions at Source & Soul Studio, which you can book around your own schedule. Rather than waiting until you feel completely drained before making time for yourself, your next session is already there when you need it.

Save £15 compared with booking three individual sessions.

Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.
